Undamaged and unused items can be returned for a full refund within 15 days after initially receiving the merchandise. Although we employ what is traditionally known as a “no questions asked” type of policy with regards to requiring no condition for return, we will typically ask what the reason for return is so we can seek feedback with regards to our products and/or service and/or our overall operation. If a client tells us the color of a stone is not what was expected, that will help us do a better job when posting images, etc.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that if the order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your funds.
